I’m not here to preach; just encourage.
Many wander this world, not knowing what they want out of life. They’ve become complacent, because complacent is all they know. They had hopes & dreams of doing more, but they settled. They settled for “good enough” and did not go for extraordinary.
“Your talent is God’s gift to you. What you do with it, is your gift to God.”
What will you do with what He has given you?
When we try new experiences, and we sometimes think the worst. “What if she does not like my personality?” “What if I don’t have enough work experience?” “What if …” “WHAT IF everything falls into place, & you’re a step closer to your goals?”
I’ve learned when one door closes, another door will always open. Better yet try a window, or a different door. lol. You get my point. You will receive many no’s before THAT YES.
If you can’t determine your purpose, figure out your passion. For your passion will lead you directly to your P U R P O S E .
When you do your part and use what you have; God will pave the way for you. After losing a loved one, I battled suicide and depression. Many have expressed to me that God is using me to help someone else. I asked myself, how can God use someone like me. I was so damaged, but I overcame those obstacles and began blogging as a way of release. My blog has touched the lives of many. Different women have reached out to me stating how the fashion inspirations I created gave them a boost of confidence. They felt that because of their size, weight, height, etc. they could not wear certain fashion items. Society has created these fashion”standards”, but that is a topic for another day.
Trust your struggle. Your struggles are your testimony.
